for insurer Bao Minh
HCM City (VNA) –
The Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE) has approved in principle Bao Minh
Corporation’s share listing in the bourse.
The company whose BMI shares have already been listed in the Ha Noi Securities
Trading Centre petitioned to list its 75.5 million shares, equivalent to a
charter capital of 755 billion VND (47.5 million USD) on HOSE.
Last year, Bao Minh generated a revenue of 1.7 trillion VND, 18 percent higher
than the previous year’s figure. It expects to pay a 2007 dividend of 13
